It's very easy to use and most secure. I've used it now for some years and it always works without any troubles. I think it's much safer and more natural than drugs. If you can cope with fewer medicine, it will be also cost-effective in long-run. There are lot of research behind it, as you can see with the phrase "cranial electrostimulation therapy".
