(More customer reviews)these are the best coated strings ive used, even better than either type of elixir (or exp or sp+). they are very bright and clear sounding, if thats what youre looking for. they dont seem to hold their tone as long as elixirs do so you might have to purchase them more often but elixirs cost more anyway. another problem is that these strings dont seem to be sold anywhere (not even musicians friend anymore) even though they are still listed on the dean markley site; i havent checked guitar center but i never go there cuz there are two good guitar shops within 10 minutes of my house that i would much rather support. i have them on a seagull S6 in case you want to compare; definitely try these strings at least once
