I ordered this Hardwood Series cable because I thought that it looked good and the companies cables are so well covered against defects. The first message I received was a not in stock. How can you put something on sale and not have it in stock? The cable came much later than expected and is defective. The hardwood was no properly attached to metal plug and was completely loose. J&R is very Hit&Miss when it comes to customer service after the sale and although I have purchased other items from them, I will be very reluctant in the future, knowing that they are advertising items that they don't really stock or carry.
