(More customer reviews)These strings are pretty light. Ok, maybe very light. So they feel great on your fingers when playing. They have a soft tone, with a mild attack. They are well balanced soundingon my Washburn D10. They have great bass response and crisp highs. They fit well with folk style and finger-picking guitar music. They work great for acoustic-electrics with a piezo pickup, because they are not the loudest acoustic strings. If you want loud go with a bronze string of your liking.
