(More customer reviews)I was looking for a contoller and they all seemed the same. 2 Channnels, 1 Mic and they only worked with the software they came with. I was blown away by the VMS4. 4 Channels that can be used for USB input and Analog inputs. If I want to use my CD player and my computer all at the same time, I can. Also, 2 mic inputs. The mics did not sound great, but I callled American Audio and they sent me the fix. Now it sounds great! This thing is built like a tank and I am surprised that it is only $499.99. The Virtual DJ software is cool and I upgraded so I can run 4 decks and full video mixing

The vms4 (velocity midi station) is a 4-channel \'midilog" controller that fuses both midi (midi software) and analog audio control (cd players, turntables etc.) into one unit. the vms4 is an open source controller that can be used with any midi software.
