(More customer reviews)The first shipment I inserted NEW batteries, and couldn't get any of them to turn on. I received a telephone call from a very nice lady from Amazon who shipped a second set. They worked fine. I installed them under kitchen cabinets, and within two weeks they started to drop. I reinstalled, and they all dropped off but one. I took it off and threw them all in the garbage.
