(More customer reviews)I bought these for my black Randy Rhodes signature series Flying V. I initially figured they would make great novelty strings for a decent price. Once they finally arrived i put them on and WOW! These are great sounding. Something about the coating or the way they are wound just makes an amazing sound! I had Super Slinks on prior to these strings and it was just time to replace them.
The strings look and feel a but rough at first and they look like the coating would rub off on your fingers. But i have spent the entire week shredding the heck out of some music and there is no wear or rubbing off in any way. I purchased the yellow and the orange and alternated them every other string and it creates an amazing visual effect when playing. One person commented that it looks like my strings are on fire.. I take that as a compliment to my playing but I'm sure most of the credit goes to the strings lol. I will gladly buy these again when the time comes and recommend them to all my friends. You really have to try them to see how amazing they truly are!
