In exchange they (Pro Gear Bay) said they would give me in store credit, i removed the feedback the next day and they didn't contact me any way for about 2 weeks, so i found a email from them and emailed them back saying i was going to do a credit on my debit card on this item for defective. They emailed me back a couple days later saying they will give me $25 off my next purchase on my account with them. Nothing shows when you try to buy something and i'm sick of their 1-2 month dealing with things, which never get dealt with.
My item arrived with the bottom of the box completely opened up.
It was a long 7 ft tall box by 1 ft wide and thick.
When i touched the box, things started coming out of it already.
it was a metal truss system, on one of the metal round pieces end, the metal was stripped back about an inch long and half a inch wide.
The Item Itself: I am using this for DJing(as most people would be) i setup and take down every night. This system doesn't have knobs to loosen the parts or tighten them together. You have to use a allen wrench to put this thing together and take it apart every night.
Trust me, it's very fustrating when you are just trying to hurry up and pack your stuff up at the end of the night, just to leave and go home to bed after bar close or a late wedding, and then have to deal with taking this piece of junk apart.
