(More customer reviews)Simply put, these are the best strings at the lowest price. I've been playing electric bass for over 35 years and these are the brand I always come back to. I've tried Dr. Bass, Rotosounds, Fender, Markleys, etc. with no noticeable difference or improvement. D'Addarios sound great and last a long time. You can usually find them in multi-packs and/or on sale so it doesn't hurt to change them more often. This is one example where use don't get what you pay for, your get more! They come in many different lengths and gauges, so make sure you buy the correct set for your instrument. If you select a different gauge, don't forget that you may have to make adjustments to the intonation, string height, and/or neck relief on your bass or guitar.
