(More customer reviews)I tried many different types of strings before I found D'Addario EJ11s. Now they are practically the only strings I will put on an acoustic guitar. They have a beautiful bright, crisp sound, and a deep, projecting lower end. Just be aware that this comes at a price. The great initial sound of these strings typically fades within a couple weeks, and they will be completely dead within a few months. That said, for those who play often and don't mind the price or hassle of replacing their strings every few months, I highly recommend EJ11s. They may not last as long, but they are the sweetest-sounding strings I've ever played.
